Mrs. Okaro Judith Nwabuoku was born on the 30th April, 1967 in Anambra State. She attended Township Primary School Nsukka in 1976 before proceeding to Girls Secondary School, Onitsha in 1981 and to Girls Secondary School Obino Nsukka in 1984.
She holds a B. Ed degree in Adult Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and later her M.Ed in Adult Education from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). She is presently the Assistant Director in the Agency for Mass Education, Ministry of Education, Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja. She is happily married and endowed with blessed children.
