Mr. Oloye Adesina Abdulfatai was born on 14th July, 1970. He had his primary education at the Christ Church Primary Epe in the year 1982, he proceeded to epe grammar school and community high school, Lekki where he had his secondary education in the year 1989 after which he had his tertiary education at the federal polytechnic, Bida where he bagged his ordinary national diploma in accounting in 1996 and went further to obtain a higher national diploma also in accounting from the Yaba college of technology in 1999. He also attended the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University where he obtained his post-graduate diploma.
Mr. Oloye is a member of various professional bodies amongst which are:
- Nigerian institute of management (AMNIM) – 2006
- Association of National Accountants Of Nigeria (ANAN) – 2009
- Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI) – 2017
He is currently the deputy director of account finance and account department of the Agency for Mass Education.
