Lagos State Agency for Mass Education organises Continuing Education and Tutorial Centres (CECs) Stakeholders meeting on 11th March, 2021 where issues bothering on Regulation and Registration of CECs as well as Out-of School Youths were discussed. In attendance was the PS (OSAE): Mr. Waheed Kasali.
